Your data is used for: (a) account creation and management; (b) providing and personalizing the service (weather forecasts, nearby spots); (c) managing subscriptions and payments; (d) sending notifications related to your sessions; (e) improving the Application through anonymous analytics; (f) ensuring the security of the platform.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR)
The processing of your data is based on: (a) Contract performance: providing the service you signed up for; (b) Legitimate interest: improving the Application, ensuring security; (c) Consent: for location data and optional notifications; (d) Legal obligation: for accounting and tax requirements related to subscriptions.
4. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for the duration of your account activity, plus 3 years after your last login. Payment data is retained for the legally required period (10 years for accounting records). You may request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Cookies & Tracking
The Application uses PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. No advertising cookies are used. Session cookies are used solely for authentication purposes. You can disable analytics tracking in the Application settings.
7. International Transfers
Your data is primarily stored on servers located in the European Union. Some third-party services (cloud infrastructure, analytics) may process data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
